Praying 40 days in congregation
May Allah bless you for your interest in signing up for the 40 days in Salah program. No doubt this is a great intention to be able to pray 40 prayers in congregation with the imam. This program was inspired by two hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)
- “No prayer is more burdensome to the hypocrites than the Fajr (dawn) prayer and the `Isha’ (night) prayer; and if they knew their merits, they would come to them even if they had to crawl to do so.” [Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
- “Whomever prays forty days sincerely for Allah in congregation catching the opening takbir, then two exemptions are written for him. He will be safe from the fire and free from hypocrisy.”

Contest Details
Each participant has a chance of partaking in one of 3 categories (Tiers).
Upon registration each participant will be given a “Prayer Card”. They will use this card to keep track of the total amount of prayers and days prayed in congregation. Once a prayer is completed, they will be able to visit the management desk to receive a stamp.
